Recipes Oyster Stuffing

Oyster stuffing is a side dish with any seafood meal you prepare. It’s quick and easy to make and will delight your taste buds!

Ingredients

2 cans of oysters (drained and flaked)
1 onion (diced)
2 celery sticks (diced)
1/ 2 of butter
4 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup oyster juice
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large frying pan caramelize the onions. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well add the onions and mix them in.

Lightly grease a 9X13 baking dish, pour the stuffing in and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Serves 6
